Standard Shipping is $7 for 1 pair, $11 for 2 or 3 pair and $15 for 4 pair ..ships within 7 to 10 business days to the US & Puerto Rico.
Wellness Products ship free according to chart below.
Jewelry Standard Shipping is free and ships within 10 to 14 business days. Expedited Shipping on jewelry is $5 and ships within 5 to 8 business days. International Order shipping is $6 and ships within 10 to 14 business days.
Expedited Shipping is $10 for 1 pair, $14 for 2 to 3 pair, and $18 for 4 pair to the US and Puerto Rico... ships according to chart below.

Our shoes are unique and 100% handmade; therefore, production time is longer than ordinary shoes.
There is much skill, design, and artistry that goes into the production of our handmade products. 
It can take a few weeks to embroider and design our premium handmade products, and even more time to color the leather.

If products are in production, delivery may take up to 30 days depending upon product availability.
Discount codes will be given on future purchases for extended delivery times.
You will receive an email once your items have shipped.

Please note delivery times increase around holidays.

We will let you know where the product is in the production process and when you can expect its arrival.

Please make sure you check out our Size Guide Our shoes are handmade and in European sizes, they typically run smaller than US sizes and they do not come in half sizes.
We recommend customers check the Size Guide to decrease the need for refunds/exchanges.

Returns will be allowed on UNWORN/UNDAMAGED items for up to 15 days after delivery. 
All return/exchange shipping costs will be billed to customer.

Clearance items are non-refundable.
Wellness Products and eyelashes are non-refundable due to hygienic purposes.
Jewelry is non-refundable; replacements will be provided if there is a problem.
