Since our shoes are 100% handmade, they run on the smaller side and there are no half sizes. We typically recommend you size up. See our Sizing Guide for details.

Our wellness products will ship within 3 to 7 business days depending upon location. 

The uniqueness and stylishness of our shoes, clutches, and scarves are a direct result of them being 100% handmade. Due to this, delivery times may vary.  Normal shipping times are within 3 to 7 business days.  If products are in production, delivery may take up to 30 days depending upon product availability.  Discount codes will be given for future purchases for extended delivery times. 

Please note delivery times may increase around holidays. International orders shipped to Canada and other non-US countries may take longer. You will receive an email once your items have shipped.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Grayson Monáe purchase. Items in new condition (Unworn/Unused) may be returned/exchanged up to 15 days after delivery. All sales are final on clearance items, exchanges will be allowed if product still available. If there is any issue with your order, feel free to contact us at info@graysonmonae.com.
